Since joining AMS in February 2022, Yassin has been contributing significantly to the organization’s success and development. Leveraging his demonstrated experience in Finance and his HR acumen, he is responsible for managing both the Finance and HR departments. He has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing recruitment and selection processes, and overseeing performance appraisal systems. He is also responsible for financial analysis and planning, budgeting, cash management and overall organizational growth.

Before joining AMS, Yassin had a 15-year career with multiple organizations including Petra Trading & Investment, Manaseer Ready-mix Co. as well as non-governmental organizations.

Yassin holds a Bachelor of Finance.
